WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER SURGERY

After your surgery, you will be discharged home with dressings and a compression garment. Pain after the procedure is unusual, however, any discomfort is easily controlled with oral medication. Patients are allowed to shower several days after the procedure. All sutures are self-absorbing and are usually gone by one week.
